Tender Steak Bites in Garlic Butter with Rich Parmesan Cream Sauce

Tender Steak Bites in Garlic Butter with Rich Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.

Add the steak to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Lower the heat and add the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the cream to thicken slightly.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes, until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the Parmesan cream sauce to coat evenly.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
