SPAGHETTI with MEAT SAUCE
Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the beef In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Sauté veggies ➖ Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
Make the sauce Stir in marinara sauce & Italian seasoning; simmer 10 minutes.
Combine & serve Toss pasta with sauce or serve sauce over spaghetti.
Garnish & enjoy Top with Parmesan cheese & fresh herbs.
