Seafood Boil Bake (Sheet Pan Style)
Ingredients (Serves 4–6):
Seafood & Veggies:
1 lb large shrimp (shell-on or peeled)
1 lb snow crab legs (or king crab)
1 lb mussels or clams (optional)
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 ears corn, cut into thirds
1 lb baby potatoes (halved if large)
Butter Sauce:
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp minced garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven:
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2️⃣ Prep potatoes and corn:
Boil the baby potatoes and corn pieces in salted water for about 10 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the butter sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
4️⃣ Assemble the bake:
On the prepared baking sheet (or in a large bowl), toss together the shrimp, crab legs, mussels/clams (if using), sausage, potatoes, and corn. Pour the butter sauce evenly over everything and gently toss to coat.
5️⃣ Bake:
Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the seafood is cooked through, potatoes are tender, and everything is heated.
6️⃣ Serve:
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing. Enjoy your easy, flavorful seafood feast!
