Pepper Parm Prime Rib
Ingredients:
1 prime rib roast (about 4-5 lbs)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp salt
Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Mix pepper, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and olive oil to form a paste.
Rub mixture all over the prime rib.
Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F (160°C) and cook until desired doneness (about 1.5–2 hours).
Let rest before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
