  • Honey Garlic Shrimp

    Ingredients
    1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    Green onions, chopped, for garnish
    Sesame seeds, for garnish

    Directions
    1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and rice vinegar until smooth and combined.
    2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, just until they turn a nice pink color.
    3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp in the skillet. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, giving everything a good stir, until the sauce thickens a bit and coats the shrimp nicely.
    4. Take the skillet off the heat and finish your dish by sprinkling on the chopped green onions and a pinch of sesame seeds.
    5. Serve the shrimp warm, spooned over a bed of rice or noodles, and enjoy every sweet, savory bite.
