*Homemade Ginger Juice*
*Ingredients:*
– 200 g fresh ginger
– 1 liter of water
– 2 lemons (or limes)
– 100 g sugar (or honey to taste)
– 1 tsp liquid vanilla (optional)
– A few mint leaves (optional)
*Preparation:*
1. Wash and peel the ginger.
2. Cut it into pieces and blend with a little water.
3. Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or clean cloth.
4. Pour the filtered juice into a container and add the rest of the water.
5. Add the lemon juice, sugar or honey, and mix well.
6. Optionally, add vanilla and mint leaves for extra flavor.
7. Serve chilled with ice cubes
*Tip:* For a fizzy version, replace some of the water with sparkling water just before serving.
