Ham and cheese croissants
Ingredients:
8 croissants, split open
8 slices deli ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread the inside of each croissant half with a thin layer of softened butter.
On the bottom half of each croissant, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the mustard on each croissant.
Put the top half of the croissant on and press down gently.
Place the stuffed croissants on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the croissants are lightly browned.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried parsley.
Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
