Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Loaded Cheddar Alfredo Shells
Ingredients:
1 lb steak, cubed
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
8 oz medium pasta shells
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup shredded cheddar
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup crumbled cooked bacon
¼ cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
Cook pasta shells according to package. Drain and set aside.
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in skillet, sear steak 2–3 minutes per side. Add garlic last 30 seconds. Remove steak.
In same pan, pour in cream. Simmer. Add cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
Toss in pasta, then add bacon. Mix well.
Return steak to skillet. Heat through.
Top with green onions and serve.
