Ingredients:

• 2 oz coconut rum

• 1 oz blue curaçao

• 2 oz pineapple juice

• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

• Ice

Optional Garnishes:

• Edible glitter

• Maraschino cherry

Instructions:

Mix: In a shaker or glass, combine coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and ice. Stir or shake gently until chilled.

Float: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top to create the creamy float effect.

Garnish: Sprinkle with edible glitter or top with a cherry for a magical mermaid finish
