Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 envelope dry French onion soup mix
1 cup crushed crackers (Ritz or saltines)
2 eggs
½ cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed French onion soup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Mix Meatloaf:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, dry soup mix, crushed crackers, eggs, milk, and shredded cheese. Mix until just combined — don’t overwork it.
2. Form Loaf:
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into your crockpot.
3. Add Topping:
Pour the condensed French onion soup over the top. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce.
4. Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
5. Optional Broil Finish:
For a browned top, carefully transfer the meatloaf to a baking sheet and broil for 3–4 minutes.
6. Serve:
Slice, spoon some of the oniony sauce over top, and garnish with parsley if desired.
