Creamy Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, chopped
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
1 cup mango cubes
½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
A squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
Wash and prepare all fruits (slice banana, cube mango, chop strawberries).
In a mixing bowl, add all the fruits.
In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
Pour the creamy mixture over the fruits and gently toss.
Chill for 15 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
