Ingredients

For the Boil:

• 2–3 lbs chicken wings (split into flats and drumettes)

• 8 cups water (or chicken stock for extra flavor)

• 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)

• 1–2 tbsp garlic powder

• 1 tbsp onion powder

• 1 tbsp smoked paprika

• 2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

• 2 lemons (halved)

• 4 ears of corn (cut into thirds)

• 1 lb baby potatoes (red or Yukon gold)

• 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced into 1-inch pieces)

• 1–2 heads of garlic (halved crosswise)

• 1 lb shrimp (optional, for variety)

For the Sauce:

• 1/2 cup melted butter

• 4–6 cloves garlic (minced)

• 2 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
