Whipped Feta with Garlic, Lemon & Olive Oil + Pita

Ingredients:

8 oz (225 g) feta cheese

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Warm pita bread, for serving

Directions:

In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper.

Serve immediately with warm pita bread for dipping.
