Green Beans and Potatoes with Bacon

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
4 slices bacon, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet in a single layer. Roast 20 minutes.
In a skillet, cook diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towel. Reserve 1 tablespoon bacon grease in skillet.
Add green beans to skillet with bacon grease. Sauté 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine sautéed green beans and crispy bacon with roasted potatoes on baking sheet. Toss gently. Roast 10 more minutes to meld flavors.
Transfer to serving dish and serve warm.
