Meatloaf
Ingredients
350g minced beef
1 bundle parsley
1 onion
1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Directions
1. First things first, set your oven to preheat at 180°C (350°F).
2. In a large bowl, toss in the minced beef, finely chopped parsley, finely chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together until it’s nicely combined.
3. Now, gently shape your mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
4. Spread that ketchup over the top—this adds a lovely glaze while it bakes.
5. Pop your meatloaf into the oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until it’s cooked through and the internal temperature hits 75°C (165°F).
6. Once it’s done, let your meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. This way, all those flavorful juices settle in. Serve and enjoy!
